XS Latin will be holding auditions for their A and B teams, AND a free taster session for the C team, on Monday 13th January 2014 from 20:00 to 22:00.
XS LATIN – BE PART OF IT IN 2014!
All three teams are recruiting men and women at this time. Whether you are a beginner looking for an exciting new activity, or an experienced competitor aspiring to compete internationally, XS has a place for you.
The castings / taster session will take place at Milton Community Centre on Coles Rd, Milton, CB24 6BL.
It is NOT necessary to bring along a dance partner. It is free to attend and all are welcome to come and try it out.
Those attending should wear comfortable clothes that are loose enough to dance in, and bring a water bottle. If you have latin dance shoes then please bring these, and trainers. If you do not, then it doesn’t matter; in that case jazz shoes or trainers would be the most suitable footwear.
At the session we will teach everyone some choreography (in the style that we dance) and then spend some time working on it. As we have three teams ranging from beginners to Championship dancers, the level of difficulty of the choreography will increase during the session but there will be something there for everyone!
